Corrections
If a figure on this site is wrong, we would rather know than not. This page says what happens when you tell us, and lists the corrections that changed a published figure.
How to report one
Write from the contact page with the company, the figure, and the document that states the right value — a filing, a registry record, or the company’s own announcement. A correction needs a source like any other fact; we cannot change a figure on assertion alone.
What happens next
- An editor checks the figure against the document that produced it and the one you cite.
- If the published figure is wrong, the source record and the fact derived from it are corrected, so every page that used the figure changes together; a wrong figure is retracted, never silently overwritten.
- A correction that changes a published figure is added to the list below, with the company, the field, the date and the document.
- You hear back either way, from the address you wrote from.
Corrections that changed a published figure
None is listed yet. When one is recorded it appears here, newest first.
What is not a correction
A figure that has since changed in a newer filing is updated, not corrected: the earlier value was right for its date, and its period stays on the page. An officer who has left the company is closed with the date rather than removed. Neither appears in the list above.
